公司技術(shù)力量雄厚，公司在職員工500余人，其中專業(yè)技術(shù)人員350余人，高級職稱人員30余人，各類國家注冊巖土工程師、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)檢測鑒定師、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)檢測鑒定師、國家注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師、國家注冊測繪工程師、消防工程師、國家特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)師等50余人，大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷占80%，是一個(gè)技術(shù)密集，人員年輕化，專業(yè)搭配合理的新型企業(yè)。集團(tuán)擁有各領(lǐng)域的尖端專業(yè)檢測儀器4500余臺(tái)套，總價(jià)值九千多萬元。

China Hong Certification & Inspection Group Co. Ltd. hereinafter referred to as CHIC, formerly Hebei Hongxing Testing Co., Ltd. The company was founded in 2004 then changed to Hongxing Group in 2017, and renamed CHIC in 2020. The group is a professional inspection and certification group with multiple qualifications and our service fields cover many testing fields, include Construction Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Civil Air-Defence Construction, Water Conservancy Engineering, Environmental Protection, Surveying and Mapping, Measurement Calibration, Judicial Appraisal, Lightning Protection Detection, Fire Detection, Detection Training, Elevator Installation and Maintenance, Labor Dispatch and Certification Services. We have been rated as "AAA Unit", "National Excellent KPI Model Implementation Advanced Unit", "Advanced Testing Institution of Hebei", "Top Service Brand of Hebei ", "Famous Brand of Hebei " and other honorary titles by the state and relevant departments of Hebei Province for many times.

The Headquartered of CHIC is in Shijiazhuang with more than 10 subsidiaries, including Hebei Xiong'an Jinghong Testing and Certification Co., Ltd., Ruilin Measurement and Testing Co., Ltd., Hebei Hongheng Surveying and Mapping Service Co., Ltd., Hebei Congrui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Baimao Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., Baoding Hongxing Honghong Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Hongxing Building Testing Technology Research Institute, etc, and over 20 branches set in the free trade zone of Guangzong, Tangshan, Handan and Zhengding.
